Using the tools

• You can use the free tools for personal and commercial projects.
• Videos made with the free version include a Toolcave watermark. Please don't remove it unless you've paid to remove it.
• Don't try to break, overload or misuse the site.

Your content

• Your videos stay yours. We don't claim any rights to anything you make.
• Only use files you own or have permission to use.
• Don't use Toolcave for anything illegal or harmful.

Paid features

• Prices are shown before you pay.
• Paid features are digital and available straight away. If something you paid for doesn't work and we can't fix it, email us within 14 days and we'll give you a refund.

No guarantees

We work hard to make the tools reliable, but they are provided "as is". Results can depend on your device, browser and files, and we can't promise the tools will always be available or error-free. Always keep a copy of your original files.

Limits of our responsibility

As far as the law allows, Toolcave isn't responsible for any loss or damage from using the site, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The newest version will always be on this page, with the date at the top.
