Show it your folder

Pick the folder where your finished videos live. Messy is fine.

It sorts everything

Each video gets a card with its thumbnail, script and upload notes, matched by name.

Copy, upload, tick

Copy the title and tags, drag the file into YouTube or TikTok, then tick it as posted.

What it does

One card per video, with its thumbnail or a frame from the video
Open the folder, the video or the script in one click
"Find file" shows the video ready to drag into YouTube or TikTok
Title, description, tags and caption boxes with Copy buttons
Reads your upload notes text files and fills the boxes for you
"Posted" ticks for each platform, and hide what's done
New videos show up by themselves
Leaves out raw clips such as IMG_1234 or clip 7

Is it safe?

It only looks inside the folders you pick, and it never changes, moves or deletes your files. Your videos and scripts stay on your PC and are never uploaded. The app only goes online to check toolcave.co for a newer version (you can turn that off) and to send feedback when you choose to.
